Bachelor's in Recrational Therapy from Eastern Washington University followed by a Master's degree in Clinical 

Brené Brown a research professor of the University of Huston who has inspired  me to help others defeat shame while building courage, vulnerability and empathy. Her book The Gifts of Imperfection especially helped me to step into practicing helping others.
